Adding an interested property to the contact:
Typically, customers will be in contact with your company as they are interested in a property you are advertising. Our Contacts form includes a section to link plots your customer may have an interest in, what house type they are looking for or even how many beds they are looking for.
Once you click the blue "+" icon, the section will expand to reveal a variety of drop-down lists to allow these interests to be logged against the contact.
Having these interests marked early in the Housebuilder Pro system allows you to cater to customers' desires, market to them and offer suitable alternatives if required.
Changing an interest level:
Changing the interest level of a contact is straight-forward. Simply click in to a live contact and in the top-right you should see two drop-downs. The drop-down on the right is the one dedicated to interest levels. Clicking this drop-down will give you all three levels as an option. Click the desired interest level and click the "Save" button at the bottom.
