Adding a new site drawing:
To add a new house-type drawing you first need to click into "Admin" and then into "Drawings". Once there, there will be a link to "+ Add a new drawing". Clicking this will take you to a small form.
Within this form, you will need to select a development this drawing applies to and what the drawing applies to; be it a site, a house type (an extra drop-down will appear allowing you to select the specific house type) or plot (an extra drop-down will appear allowing you to select the specific plot within your chosen development).
You will then need to give this drawing a number (it does not have to be unique) and upload the drawing. Uploading the drawing itself can be done two ways. Firstly, you can drag and drop a file into the box from your documents. This is the most you are required to do to add a drawing, and the other fields are optional.
If you don’t have a suitable category get in touch with your system administrator as these can be added however a drawing type isn’t mandatory.
Once all required information has been filled in, simply click the green "Create" button and the drawing will be added to Housebuilder Pro.
