Why isn't a contact showing when I search for them?

If a contact is in your system they should show when you search for them by name or email address. If they aren't you've likely either got a space before or after their name. For example " Jessica" or "Jessica " (a space before or a space after) when searching for "Jessica" won't show. Removing this space will bring up the contact if they are in your database.
