Making a SMS template to use for your company is simple and convenient. First of all, you will need to set up the Esendex integration in your Housebuilder Pro Admin dashboard. We have a support article covering how to do this here: Esendex integrations | Housebuilder Pro Help Centre
As an administrator or a super admin, click the "Admin" menu in the top-right and select "Message templates". Inside this menu, you can then select "SMS Templates"; from here you can add, edit or delete message templates as you need.
With Esendex, you have three types of SMS plans you can message with.
Up to 160 characters = 1 credit
Up to 312 characters = 2 credits
Up to 460 characters = 3 credits
