Dashboard counters explained

Updated over a year ago

The Housebuilder Pro Dashboard largely consists of live counters. The Dashboard counters visualise various locations of important data from elsewhere in the system. For example, the contacts bar at the top of the Dashboard details the total amount of contacts in the system, followed by newly created contacts, the contacts that are require a follow-up task and those that are overdue a completed follow-up task.

Towards the bottom of the Dashboard is the developments bar. The development bar details the total amount of developments in the system, followed by the total amounts of plots. The bottom row refers to the total amount of plots across all developments.

By selecting the 'All developments' dropdown which lies between the contacts and developments counters, you can select the developments you are focused on the most to view the data that matters to you the most. For sales teams, this may be the developments you are responsible for. Select 'remember these settings' to ensure that your development preferences are saved the next time you log back into the system.
