Live:
We've gone in-depth about live contacts in another knowledgebase article, linked here: What are live contacts? | Housebuilder Pro Help Centre
Completed:
These are contacts that have had their plot completed, they are kept in the system so that companies are able to keep in touch with their customers for aftercare and warranty issues.
Not interested:
The not interested page shows contacts that do not have an interest in your properties currently. They may be here from when they are uploaded into the system.
Housing Associations:
In Housebuilder Pro, the housing association page allows you to manage and keep a track of housing associations’ contact details.
Overall, housing associations can be an important component of a housebuilder's business strategy, providing access to a pool of potential customers while also helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in many communities. Housebuilder Pro helps to streamline the management of these relationships, allowing builders to focus on delivering high-quality homes.
Industry:
Industry contacts are different to your customers. These are those industry professionals who are a part of your work and who may need to be contacted regarding the goings on of your company. So for example an individual may have to be contacted for legal work to be completed or when getting called out.
Solicitors and Financial Advisors:
Accessed within the "Industry" section, these are the contacts in your system that aid in the legal side of the home building industry. Having customers’ solicitors and your solicitors in this system speeds up the legal processes.
Contractors:
Accessed within the "Industry" section, contractors are an essential part of Housebuilder Pro. These can be called in when you need to get a problem on-site resolved be that as a part of your inspection process or as an aftercare snag.
Other:
This section is made to cover any other kind of contact that we have not already created a category for. Currently, the other section supports utility companies, local authority, suppliers and a generic "other" contact type. If you would like any other contact types adding to the "Other" section, feel free to reach out to us via email: [email protected]
