To add a complaint into Housebuilder Pro, navigate to a plot’s page and select the complaints tab. This is between aftercare and activity.
Once in this tab, at the bottom of the page is a plus to open the ‘add complaint’ form. Here you can add the complaint title, its initiation date, associated contact and details and associated documents.
