Using the snag view

At the top of Housebuilder Pro, you will see a drop-down menu titled "Issues". Clicking into this allows you to select "Inspection" for snags that occur before a plot has been sold, "Aftercare" for customer snags in their plot, or "Complaints". Once you have clicked into your area of choice, you can view all snags in your chosen view, categorised by plot.

Clicking into a plot will show you all snags logged against the plot. Clicking into any of these snags will bring you into the snag details, showing what the snag was logged with, any attachments and the contractor assigned to the snag. In the top-right, there is a link to edit the snag, allowing you to alter details of the snag, mark it as resolved and attach more images as needed.
