The Aftercare service in Housebuilder Pro is a service we provide to you, to pass on to your customers. Aftercare comes in the form of our Customer Portal, an area you can grant customers to allow them to report any problems or faults with the property as a "snag" that gets pushed through to your Housebuilder Pro dashboard, ready to be triaged. This ensures that issues are reported swiftly to prevent these issues from getting worse, aiding in customer service and adding overall peace of mind to your customers; which is imperative to building trust and strengthening relations between your organisation and your clients.

Within the aftercare service, we allow users to track and manage aftercare tasks. This can range from scheduling inspections or repairs, setting reminders and even communicating with homeowners. Snags can also be assigned to contractors, allowing details of the snag to be passed over in full with any relevant documentation or photographs, all without worry that something has been missed. Anything the customer has logged within the snag will be in the hands of the contractor.
