Adding a utility company contact into Housebuilder Pro is very simple. If you navigate to the contacts page by clicking the tabs at the top of the page you are then presented with the different types of contacts in your Housebuilder Pro system. Be those live, completed, not interested, housing associations, or industry contacts. Clicking into here you’ll be presented with three types of contact, solicitors, contractors and other.
If you click into other, you’ll then be able to click the blue link labelled add a new contact. Here when creating the contact, under the drop down labelled type, select ‘utility company’. When completing the handover this contact will appear under the drop down for utility companies.
