Filtering contacts

Updated over a year ago

These filters mainly work with down menus. Clicking on these will present the options that you have to filter by.

Beneath the different contact categories, there are 12 filters to select from. Clicking the green plus allows these filters to expand the page. These filters enable you to narrow down the results on your contact page. After all, at any one time you’ll have lots of contacts and finding certain groups of customers in these facilities will be necessary.

Groups of filters:
These filters work mainly with drop-

The first group of filters give you options regarding the contact themselves. So when they were created, position and status.

The second group of filters shows what the contact is interested in. So budget, building type, number of beds. This is useful in case you have to contact a customer with these interests to upsell certain features or advise them of delays.

The third group of filters allows you to filter by development information. So what development and house type. You can hide completed developments with the tick box.

Toward the bottom of the page are three tick boxes allowing you to find requiring follow-up, overdue and if a contact is over 55 years old.

Clearing filters:

If you want to clear your filters, beneath all these drop-down filters there is a clear filters button. Clicking this will reset all your filters to the default option.
