Towards the bottom of your new contact page, there are four boxes to tick. Ticking these will show how a customer is happy to be contacted be that through email, call, SMS or post.
Having this set up will indicate how a customer wants to be contacted. This will present a dialogue box if you go to email a contact who hasn’t agreed to receive marketing emails.
You can update these preferences by opening up the contact page at any time making your amendments and pressing save.
