In order to delete a development as an admin, you must first ensure there are no active plots within the development. If there are, you must delete these plots. However, if you have completed plots with customers added to them, you must first remove these customers. So in summary, you must make sure all customers are removed from all plots within the development and then delete all plots within the development. Once there are no plots in the development, going back to your Admin menu and clicking into Developments (Admin > Developments) will show a red rubbish bin beside your now empty development.
Click the rubbish bin to delete the development. You’ll be taken through to a new window warning you that ‘You are about to delete a Development’. Click the green proceed button to delete the development.
To go back to the development page without deleting the selected development, either click cancel or cross to the upper right-hand side of the dialogue box.
