Adding a new plot to a development is pretty straight-forward. First, as an admin, you will need to access the Admin menu and go into Developments. Once in Developments, select the development you would like the plot to be added to.
Once you have chosen your selected development, click into the "Plots" tab just underneath the title of the development.
Finally, you can tick one of the four options available (depending on the plot's needs). This will expand a form below, allowing you to fill out more details for the plot. Any field marked by an asterisk (*) is required and cannot be submitted as an empty field.
Put the plot number for the property on the development. The build target is the goal date for when this property is to be finished. The sales target is the goal date for when this property is sold.
To select a house type you will need to click into the drop-down list and select an option of the house types in your system. This will auto-populate various features like number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Specification selects which product bundles are choices.
You don’t have to input a scheme type as this is without an asterisk isn’t mandatory. If it is not part of a scheme leave this blank. To change the selection made here you can either select another item from the drop-down menu. Or alternatively, you can press the backspace key to clear the entire field.
