The reports under this tab are key to your business. Each of these reports reflects a different aspect of the financing of your businesses.
Sales status- This report is that shows the status of plots on a certain development.
Sales Forecast– This report shows the forecast for sales from individual plots.
Finance – This report shows the total financial information for an entire development, not broken down by the plot.
Sales Finance – This report will break down each plot’s sale to the net proceeds to be sent to your account. This can be filtered down to give more specific findings if you sort by development and phase.
Availability List – This report shows you which plots on development are available and unavailable.
Cash Flow – This report shows all the money coming in. You can narrow this information down further in the system if you need to with filters like building phase, development, plot and legal completion date.
Development Progress – This report shows a summary of all plots within a given development, including plot numbers, number of beds, house type, market price, agreed purchase prices, floor area and much more.
