Customer care users

Customer care users have the ability to edit and oversee individual plots that have been assigned to them. Users who have this role can:

  • See all developments

  • Amend plot inspection stages.

  • View plot part L reports.

  • View the plot checklist.

  • Access to aftercare reports.

  • Access the plot complaints.

  • Access plot drawings.

However, customer care users will be unable to:

  • View plots unless allocated by an administrator.

  • Access the dashboard.

  • Access all contacts.
