The Site user role slims down user access to what is essential for managing properties. As a result, site users have the ability to:
View the "Properties" tab.
View the "Issues" tab.
View customer details.
View and amend access to the customer portal.
Amend inspection stages.
View part L reports.
View and edit the plot checklist.
Access our aftercare service.
View plot complaints.
View plot and development drawings.
View specifications.
However, site users can not:
View all customers.
View reports not specified above.
By default, site users can see all developments. However, if an administrator assigns a site user to a specific development(s) it will restrict what they can access to the specified developments.
