Open Chrome.
Tap the three dots in the top-right of the browser and tap "More".
Tap "Delete browsing data".
Set the duration to "All time", tap all options and tap "Delete data".
Apple:

Open Settings.

Tap "Advanced", then "Website Data".
Tap the "Delete" button.
