Web browsers on occasion don't show or load pages correctly, often due to an issue with cached data that conflicts with what is trying to be loaded.
In most cases, this can be resolved by holding the "Control" (CTRL) key on your keyboard and pressing the "F5" key at the top row of keys on your keyboard: CTRL + F5
This will clear out the cache for the webpage, which should resolve this issue. However, if this does not work, there is a chance that your web browser has too much cache stored from other websites and therefore cannot store any more. This means you will need to clear all cache and history from your browser. This will also delete your saved logins for your browser, so ensure you do remember your login details. To do this:
Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right of the browser.
Hover over "History" and click the "History" option in the menu that appears.
Click "Delete browsing data" on the left of the browser. This should open a new tab.
Click "Advanced", change "Time range" to "All time" and check every box presented.
Click "Delete data"
Edge:
Click the three dots in the top-right of the browser.
Click "History". This will open its own menu.
Click the rubbish bin icon at the top of this new menu. This will open a new tab.
Change the "Time range" to "All time" and check every box.
Click "Clear now".
Firefox:
Click the three lines in the top-right.
Click "History" and click "Clear recent history...". This will open a menu.
Change "When" to "Everything" and check every box.
Click "Clear".
