When you click into a plot's inspection aftercare window, you can see the list of snags. To the right of the grey box is a tick box. Clicking this will open a sub-menu to allow you to add notes in regard to the actions taken to resolve the snag as well as an area to upload photographic evidence.
Alternatively, you can click into the snag itself to view more details or to edit the details of the snag. In order to resolve a snag in this area, simply click the tick box at the top. This will take you to the sub-menu above.
