Any snag or issue that has now been resolved will appear in a separate tab labelled "Resolved" on the plot's page. By clicking here you'll be presented with a list of different issue that have been resolved.

Clicking into each item will take you through to the issue's record, showing what was done to rectify the issue and when. You'll also find photographic records of the issues and resolution as uploaded by your staff and the customer.
