To add an inspection snag you need to navigate to a plot's page and click into the inspection tab.
Once in the inspection tab, click the inspection stage you wish to log a snag under.
This will open a menu within the inspection stage. At the bottom of the page will be a blue "+" icon with "Add snag" beside it. Clicking this will open a form to fill out in order to log the snag.
