A customer may lose interest in a given property. If this is the case, deleting this information from their contact profile is easy; simple navigate into their profile and scroll down; just like you were to add a new interest. Underneath will be the property the contact used to be interested in and on the far-right is a red rubbish bin icon. Clicking this will delete the property out of the profile's interest field.
