The choices and extras tab is one of the most important sections of Housebuilder Pro. In this section of the application, you manage the products that make up each of your houses. From individual types of tiles to dishwashers.
From the choices and extras section, you can control and manage how you organise these products, what products go into each room and what customers can choose. Ultimately products feed into the specification and final build state of each development.
It’s up to you as a home builder how you set this up, what choices a customer has and what everything costs. Housebuilder Pro enables you to do this, reach your full potential and offer your customers the most that you can.
Having specifications, areas, product groups and products set up will speed up your entire process. These are all easily assignable within Housebuilder Pro to each of your plots.
