These in-built features are a great way to get in touch with your customers on mass. You’d need to do this if perhaps a plot opens that you need to fill, you can get in touch with interested customers in one email campaign as opposed to going through those who are interested and getting in touch individually.
Another use case would be if you’re running discounts or trying to upsell certain products or product groups.
