Setting up Part L checklist unique stages for your team to record for Part L compliance, you’ll need to navigate to the admin section at the top of the Housebuilder Pro system.
From here you need to click on the house types page. Part L stages are stored against house types in the system.
Once you’ve selected your house type, beneath the house type information is a Part L tab.
If you click the plus into a stage, such as external walls and roof, you’ll then see more dropdowns. Clicking into these will allow you to add unique checklist items to have photos stored with.
To add a checklist item, put the name for your checklist item in the box, then click add. This will appear in the list of checklist items.
Details and images are marked against these when site inspectors are adding documents for a property.
