A customer can't report issues?

If a customer can’t report issues, first make sure that they have been given access to the customer portal on the plot page.

This is under the details tab on the plot page. Once access has been given to a customer there are two tick boxes below this, labelled make and set choices to plot and report snags. Make sure these are ticked and the changes are saved.

This means the customer will have access to report snags.
