Why can't a buyer report snags in the customer portal?

If a customer can't report snags in the customer portal this is easily sorted. Simply navigate to the customer's plot in Housebuilder Pro and scroll down the details tab to where it provides the customer's information.

Beneath this box including their name and contact details are three tick boxes - tick "Report snags". This means the customer will then be able to see build stages in the customer portal.
