You may find that you need to export all or a select portion of contacts into a spreadsheet to store or provide outside of the confines of Housebuilder Pro. In this instance, we have implemented a way to do this.
If you only require a specific group of contacts, you will need to apply filters that include the specifics of the contacts you wish to capture. We have an article that goes into more detail with filtering here: Filtering contacts | Housebuilder Pro Help Centre
Once your chosen group of contacts is displayed, or if you require no filters, simply click the "Export list as CSV" link at the top of the table; annotated in red in the screenshot below. A "CSV" is simply a file type that can be opened as a spreadsheet in Excel, Google Sheets and most other spreadsheet-based applications.
