To create a new contact, first enter the "Contacts" section of Housebuilder Pro. Once there, there will be a a blue link titled "+ Add new contact". Clicking this will open the required form to create a new contact. In this form are the obvious details; name, address, contact information, etc. You can also specify their budget and what forms of contact they consent to receive.
