The specification tab is one of the most important and useful tools for a new home builder to have in Housebuilder Pro. Effectively this page allows you to create bundles that can be easily applied to any of your new plots.
So hypothetically you’ve created a new plot for a four-bed house. As a home builder, you can then apply a specification to this that bundles certain areas and product groups.
