I can't generate a handover certificate

To ensure all required fields, checks and processes have been followed, we do not allow handover certificates to be generated until all required information has been filled out in the "Activity" section of a plot's page. Please ensure every required field has been filled and marked as completed by checking the appropriate checkbox.
