Introduction to issues

Within Housebuilder Pro, we have an area specifically to view all issues logged across all developments for every plot. This can range from minor cosmetic issues, like paint smudges or chipped tiles, to major issues like electrical faults or plumbing leaks.

This can be logged during the inspection stages or after the property has been exchanged to a customer. The latter is accomplished by providing access to the Customer Portal, allowing your customer to log issues as "snags", which will then be passed to the "Issues" area of Housebuilder Pro.

Using the snag feature assists in assuring that all issues are identified, documented and resolved efficiently, ensuring evidence is provided and customer satisfaction is achieved.
